Part of Planned Parenthood’s mission is to help people live full, healthy lives—no matter their income, insurance, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, or immigration status. To better serve the community, our affiliate launched primary care services. In addition to coming to us for sexual and reproductive health care, patients could now come to us for the treatment of colds, depression and anxiety, high blood pressure, and much more.
This was a mission-driven initiative rather than margin-driven, so the goal was to raise awareness through our owned media channels. To support the launch, I designed a flyer, created a website landing page, promoted the service on social media, and developed an email.
