Birth Control Campaign
When S.B. 8 went into effect in Texas in September 2021, which banned abortion after approximately six weeks of pregnancy, my team and I wanted to give patients back some sense of control over their own bodies and medical decisions. I led the planning and execution of a new marketing campaign to promote birth control options: “Take Control.”
I developed the content plan and targeting strategy and designed all of the assets for the campaign, which included a landing page, Meta ads, display ads, and organic social media posts.

Raise awareness about birth control options and their benefits, position Planned Parenthood as a trusted provider, and drive birth control visits

While this campaign was running, we saw a 15% increase in birth control visits across all Houston health centers.
